I have had the pleasure of living in an apartment at 1818 Barry Ave. for 46 years... Our current manager is the best, and [makes] this building the best it can be. He is constantly cleaning...and [the building] has an overall feeling of staying safe. Whenever there has been a problem in my apartment or a need for an upgrade, [our manager] has been excellent at 'getting things done' quickly and efficiently. The other renters in the building are wonderful, many good friends of mine. I have been very happy here and feel safe at all times living as a single person. Thank you for the opportunity to live in a great apartment.

12012 Goshen Ave.[is a] convenient and great neighborhood location. [There are] spacious apartments, ample storage [and] balconies. Building management [is] excellent; particularly responsive last year, e.g. security awareness, work orders timely, lobby area [kept] clean and attractive, out of sight area provided for package delivery security, [clean] laundry area... Since building rejuvenation, [I have] appreciation for the improvement in appearance, upkeep, and cleanliness.

I have been a tenant of 11300 W Olympic Blvd. for over 25 years since the building was built. I have found that the management has always been on board with the day-to-day operations. I recall needing to move into a new suite and could not have done it without them.

This was a safe, quiet, and convenient place to live in, and I thank you for your professionalism and care. This space allowed me to grow into who I am now, and I'll cherish the memories of my time at 10500 [National Blvd].

Living here has been a wonderful experience, largely thanks to [our manager's] kindness and dedication. [Our manager] made it feel like a home...[their] impact on my time here will not be forgotten. Thank you for everything.
